At Arafat Jabbar, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer an exchange-only policy to ensure you get the article design you really want.

1. How Exchange Works

When you receive your order, please check it carefully. If something isn’t right or you want a different article design, you can request an exchange.

2. Exchange Timeframe

You can request an exchange within 8 days of receiving your order. After 8 days, we cannot accept exchange requests.

3. Condition of Items

To be eligible for exchange:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

The product must not be opened, used, or damaged

The item must be properly packed when returned

Size is standard for all Italian ladies’ dresses

4. How to Request an Exchange

Include your order number, the item you want to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

5. Shipping for Exchange

You will need to send the item back to us. The shipping cost for the exchange will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will send you the new article design.

Exchanges are only possible for products purchased from Arafat Jabbar online outlet

Returns are not accepted

Refunds are not provided. Only exchanges are allowed
